CSV to Pin List
If you plan content in a spreadsheet, retyping it into pins is wasted time. Paste a column and get a clean list of titles, descriptions and hashtag lines you can copy straight out.

Why spreadsheets and pins drift apart
A content plan lives in rows; a pin lives in three fields. Every manual copy is a chance to introduce a typo or lose the keyword. Generating the pin text from the plan keeps the keyword you researched in the title instead of a paraphrase you typed at midnight.
One idea per line
Each line becomes one pin. If a row has several ideas separated by commas, split them first — otherwise the generator treats the whole line as one topic and the title comes out vague.
What it will not do
It does not invent facts about your content. The output is a shaped version of what you typed, which is why it stays accurate — and why the quality of the input still decides the quality of the output.
How to use CSV to Pin List
- Copy a column from your spreadsheet.
- Paste it here, one idea per line.
- Copy the generated titles or descriptions.
CSV to Pin List FAQ
Can I paste tab-separated data?
Yes — tabs, commas and newlines all split rows.
Does it create images?
No. Use the Batch Studio for designs; this only produces the text.
How many rows at once?
Around 200 comfortably. Longer lists are fine but the output gets long to scroll.
